Boutique reaches another milestone and announces share price for their initial offering at the Stock Exchange of Thailand

 

BANGKOK – 31 October

Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited hosted their ‘Underwriting Agreement Signing Ceremony’ at the Stock Exchange of Thailand in Bangkok. Boutique Corporation, or “BC”, have appointed Asia Plus Securities as the lead underwriter for the initial public offering (IPO), as well as Country Group, KGI, KT ZMICO and Globlex Securities.

President and Group CEO, Mr. Prabsharan Singh Thakral gave the opening keynote speech and said ‘The decision to list on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI) is an opportunity for the company to advance growth by developing new projects and further advance our real estate and hospitality service offerings”. He went on to say that funds raised from the IPO will be used to develop new properties in high potential locations, as well as debt-servicing, working capital and further enhancing the company’s visibility.

BC announced their intention to list on MAI in September 2019 with an offering of 167 million shares. It was revealed at the underwriting signing ceremony that the offering price has been set at 2.86 Thai Baht per share.
