Amsterdam-based creative workspace pioneer Spaces has entered the shared-office market in Thailand with the opening of its first location at Bangkok’s stylish summer-inspired retail hub, Summer Hill, developed by Boutique Corp.

Set to open in February, Spaces has leased 1,919 square metres of office space on the third floor of the mixed-use project, in a lease agreement officially signed on Tuesday. Summer Hill is located just steps away from BTS Phra Khanong station. With 334 desks and a wide variety of workspaces, from private offices to flexible co-working areas, and meeting rooms for business presentations or workshops, Spaces is an ideal place for inspiration and creativity, where ideas can develop, businesses can build, and relationships can evolve, the company said.

“Bangkok is one the most vibrant cities of the world and is an important hub in Southeast Asia. With a thriving cultural scene, it’s no surprise that we’ve chosen this amazing city to open a new Spaces.  “We offer creative workspaces for everyone and pride ourselves on an international community in which Thailand fits perfectly,” said Martijn Roordink, co-founder of the Dutch company. Spaces already has locations in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Australia and elsewhere in Asia.  Further expansion is planned in these continents over the coming year.
