Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC), a leading real estate developer operating under the Build-Operate-Sale (BOS) model, confirms that Summer Point, its innovative mixed-use office building located next to BTS Phra Khanong in the Sukhumvit area, remains completely unaffected by the earthquake that occurred on March 28, 2025. After a thorough structural inspection conducted by expert engineers and the building management team, the property was found to be in excellent condition, structurally sound, and safe for use. Summer Point resumed normal operations on March 29, 2025.

The Summer Point Token (SUMX), backed by the Summer Point project, successfully raised THB 450 million in funding, completing the offering on March 14, 2025. Following structural inspections confirming the asset’s integrity and safety, SUMX is set to commence secondary market trading on Bitkub Exchange on April 2, 2025.
