Summer Point Token Makes Strong Debut on Bitkub, Opens Above Offering Price

Bangkok, April 2, 2025 – Mr. Arin Rattanakowit, Director and Deputy Chief Asset Management Officer at The Issuer Co., Ltd., proudly announced the successful debut of Summer Point Token (SUMX) on Bitkub Exchange, Thailand’s leading digital asset trading platform. The token opened for trading on April 2, 2025, and quickly drew strong interest from investors, closing over 10% above its initial offering price. As of 4:30 PM on the first day of trading, SUMX closed at THB 0.55 per token, compared to its offering price of THB 0.50.

SUMX is now available for trading 24/7 on Bitkub Exchange under the symbol “SUMX,” making it the first investment token to launch on the platform in 2025.

This successful listing marks a major milestone in integrating blockchain innovation into Thailand’s real estate industry. SUMX was launched through an Initial Coin Offering (ICO), backed by Summer Point, a prime mixed-use office building located in the heart of Sukhumvit. The token offering was completed on March 14, 2025, with a total fundraising value of THB 450 million.

The project is a collaboration between:

  • Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) – the project developer and asset manager, operating under the Build-Operate-Sale (BOS) business model,
  • The Issuer Co., Ltd. – the token issuer,
  • and Token X Co., Ltd., a member of SCBX Group and an SEC-approved ICO portal provider in Thailand.

During the subscription period, the offering received an overwhelming response from investors, demonstrating high confidence in the project’s quality and returns.

Summer Point, the underlying asset for SUMX, is a next-generation mixed-use office space located adjacent to BTS Phra Khanong and connected to Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway. The building offers more than 5,800 square meters of leasable area with an impressive 96% occupancy rate in 2024. Tenants span various sectors, including media & entertainment, self-storage, beauty, and food & beverage, ensuring diversified income streams.

Under its return structure, SUMX offers an attractive projected Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 10.2% per year*, with quarterly payouts, including a 4% annual principal repayment throughout the token’s lifecycle. Returns are distributed from the project’s net operating cash flows, enabling investors to access consistent and liquid real estate returns.
