BC Reaffirms Structural Integrity and Operational Excellence
Across Core Hospitality Assets
Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC), a leading real estate developer under the Build-Operate-Sell (BOS) model, reaffirms the structural integrity and uninterrupted operations of its core hospitality assets following the recent earthquake incident on March 28, 2025.
Following comprehensive structural inspections conducted by certified engineering teams in coordination with each property's building management and relevant authorities, all operating assets under BC’s portfolio were found to be structurally sound, undamaged, and fully safe for ongoing use.
This includes prominent hospitality and serviced residence properties such as Journeyhub Bangkok Sukhumvit 26, the vibrant lifestyle hotel located in the heart of Sukhumvit; Novotel Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub, a full-service hotel positioned near one of Chiang Mai’s most dynamic neighborhoods; and Jono Bangkok Asok Hotel, a modern stay tailored for urban travelers.
Also confirmed to be unaffected are Oakwood Residence Sukhumvit 24, a premium serviced residence known for long-stay comfort and connectivity; Journeyhub Hotel Phuket Patong, a lively hotel near Patong Beach’s popular entertainment area; and Journeyhub Hotel Pattaya Central, strategically located in the heart of Pattaya's central district.
In addition, the Citadines serviced apartments operated by BC—including Citadines Sukhumvit 8, Citadines Sukhumvit 11, and Citadines Sukhumvit 16—continue to welcome guests and residents with complete assurance of structural soundness. Cove Hill Charoenkrung, BC’s uniquely positioned waterfront hospitality project, also remains fully operational with no impact reported.
Prab Thakral, President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Boutique Corporation PCL, stated: "We uphold the highest standards in building design, safety, and regulatory compliance. Each of our properties is developed and maintained with resilience and longevity in mind, ensuring they are well-prepared to withstand environmental and unforeseen challenges." The company continues to monitor and maintain all properties rigorously through expert-led evaluations and proactive management practices. This commitment not only safeguards the well-being of tenants, guests, and stakeholders but also reinforces BC’s reputation for delivering quality assets that stand the test of time.
