Boutique Corporation (BC) Sees Strong Outlook for H2 2025 with New Hospitality Solutions Launch.

Unveils Boutique Hospitality Solutions (BHS) to Expand Recurring Revenue Base.

Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC) has laid out its plans for the second half of 2025, supported by the strong recovery of tourism and the boost from Europe’s extended holiday season, which continues to drive hotel occupancy growth. At the same time, the company is extending its proven Build Operate Sale (BOS) model with the launch of a new business unit, Boutique Hospitality Solutions (BHS). This new venture will provide end-to-end hospitality project advisory services, from design and development to operations and sales, expanding BC’s recurring income base and reinforcing its long-term sustainable growth strategy.

Mr. Prabsharan Singh Thakral, Chief Executive Officer of Boutique Corporation PCL, a leader in the Build Operate Sale model, stated that the outlook for the second half of 2025 remains highly positive. Economic recovery and the continued rebound in tourism, particularly during the high season and Europe’s July and August long holidays, have strengthened both occupancy rates and average daily rates (ADR). Meanwhile, the government’s Khon La Khrueng stimulus program continues to support domestic travel demand, providing additional momentum for hotel revenue growth in the months ahead.

BC continues to execute its core BOS strategy, highlighted by the sale of its Summer Point investment and the successful launch of its first digital token, Summer Point Token (SUMX), in the first quarter of 2025. The company is currently studying the potential launch of a new token within the first quarter of 2026 to further strengthen its position in the digital token market and create long-term growth opportunities.

In hospitality, BC is moving forward with its luxury partnership with Marriott International through the development of JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, which is currently under construction. Additionally, BC signed a franchise agreement with Accor to operate three international brands — Mövenpick, Mercure, and Handwritten Collection. This agreement officially designates BC as a Third Party Operator (TPO) within Accor’s global system, a recognition granted to only a select group of trusted hotel operators in Thailand. This milestone underscores BC’s commitment to expanding its Hotel Management Services, ensuring sustainable growth and recurring income streams.

BC is set to launch Boutique Hospitality Solutions (BHS), Thailand’s first integrated hospitality service platform. BHS will provide a comprehensive model covering project design, development, hotel management as TPO, and sales, tailored to investors seeking a reliable, full-service hospitality partner.

Through an asset light strategy, BHS will diversify BC’s revenue streams, generate recurring income, and reduce seasonal risks tied to the hotel sector, further strengthening the company’s path to long-term, sustainable growth.

Mr. Thakral concluded:

“2025 marks a turning point for BC. With Thailand’s tourism recovery, the expansion of our Build Operate Sale model, new luxury hotel developments, entry into the digital token market, and the launch of Boutique Hospitality Solutions, we are confident in delivering strong revenue, profit, and long-term sustainability. These initiatives reinforce BC’s position as a leader in Thailand’s premium hospitality and tourism sector.”
