BC Shareholders Approved all AGM Resolutions. Driving BOS Model for Sustainable Revenue - Aims TPO Expansion with Global Hotel Brands.
Bangkok — Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (BC), a leading property developer operating under the Build-Operate-Sale (BOS) business model, has successfully concluded its 2026 Annual General Meeting, held via electronic format (E-AGM), with shareholders approving all proposed resolutions. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Permpoon Krairiksh, Chairman of the Board (front row, 3rd from right), and Mr. Prab Thakral, President and Group CEO (front row, 3rd from left), alongside the executive team in presenting the company's strategic direction.
At the heart of the meeting was a reaffirmation of BC's BOS (Build-Operate-Sale) strategy — the Company's core mechanism for generating long-term revenue. BC aims to divest project investments according to its roadmap, at the most opportune market timing and at optimal valuation, without compromising on the intrinsic worth of its assets.
BC further announced its intention to expand its Third Party Operator (TPO) business, with partnerships secured alongside internationally recognized hotel brands. This strategic expansion is designed to diversify revenue streams beyond asset sales alone — a strategy that analysts view as a prudent risk management approach amid continued uncertainty in the property market.
