BANGKOK, THAILAND – 28 October 2020 – Bespoke Life Science Limited, a company under Boutique Corporation PCL, and Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

The purpose of the MOU is to cooperate and to promote research and development, cultivation, processing, and developing products for Thai traditional wellness based on hemp and cannabis.

The MOU lays a cornerstone for Boutique Corporation's diversification into wellness hospitality, complimenting Boutique Corporation's core business in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Bespoke Life Science Limited will be structured similar to that of a private equity fund, in line with how Boutique Corporation PCL structures most of its hotel and real estate investments.
